Turkey Trail Description

Situated within the Cimarron National Grassland, the Turkey Trail provides a unique outdoor recreational experience. The trail, along with the nearby Companion to the Santa Fe Trail, offer wonderful mountain biking and hiking opportunities within the largest tract of public land in Kansas.

Parking and Trail Access

From Elkhart, Kansas, take State Route 27 north just a few miles to reach the Turkey Trail's western trailhead.
