West Fetterman Trail Description

The quaint City of Buffalo in northern Wyoming retains its Old West charm in the foothills of the Bighorn Mountains. In the center of town lies a paved pathway called the West Fetterman Trail, which is part of the larger Clear Creek Trail System. The trail parallels West Fetterman Street and Clear Creek, offering a short east-west route through town.

Its eastern end offers access to the shopping and dining options along N. Main Street, and the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum and the Occidental Hotel, two great places to learn about the area's history, are also close by.

Parking and Trail Access

Parking is available at Prosinski Park on S. Burritt Ave.
