Snapper Creek Trail is a running trail in the suburb of Kendall, Miami. The trail sits in the right-of-way of the canal of the same name. With the water on one side and a buffer of trees bushes and palm trees between the pathway and the roads, the trail makes for a safe and easy recreational opportunity for residents of the surrounding neighborhoods. There are plans to extend the trail east from its current endpoint along Snapper Creek Drive.
Not well maintained. Lots of broken up asphalt by tree roots. Worth walking, biking okay, yet trail too short; but not good for in-line skates.
This is a walking trail. Although one could bike or in-line skate; the trail pavement is broken up in places due to tree roots and it has not been maintained enough for this to be a smooth ride or skate.
Disappointed, went today with my daughter (in a wheelchair) to check on the trail because is not far from home, There’s construction in the Turnpike and there are machines in the trail, there’s some construcción in the street also and made difficult finding a spot to park. Hope this will get better in the near future
