The Stadium Drive Trail is a component of Durham's North-South Greenway, a series of ped-bike trails crossing the city of Durham. The trail is an important connector; it links the Warren Creek Trail in the north with Ellerbee Creek Trail. It consists of a wide concrete sidepath adjacent to Stadium Drive - the path sits on the south side of the road until Kirkwood Drive, where it switches to the north side, and then back to the south margin at Broad Street. (This is the intersection where it meets the West Ellerbee Creek Trail). The trail meets the Ellerbee Creek Trail at the National Guard Armory/ edge of Rock Quarry Park.
Park at Whippoorwill Park and then ride the Warren Creek Trail to Stadium Drive.
