Fultondale Rails to Trails (Five Mile Creek Greenway) Description

Fultondale Rails to Trails is part of the Five Mile Creek Greenway which will eventually extend over 27 miles. This segment of the Five Mile Creek project is over three miles and is ideal for walking and biking. Beautiful trees and a creek greet you at the Fultondale Rails to Trails. Visitors can treat themselves to various amenities at the park. Baseball and softball lovers can hit the batting cages. There's a playground for the kids and a dog park for your four-legged furry friends. Bring the whole family and enjoy this fantastic trail.     

Parking and Trail Access

Parking is avalible at Black Creek Park(Yarbrough Road, Fultondale).

Fultondale Rails to Trails (Five Mile Creek Greenway) Reviews

There are benches and trash cans spread along the path. A nice Creek Trail breaks off the path giving you a chance to walk down to the creek and explore a couple of minor waterfalls (less than a foot high). There is one building that you can rest in from the shade or the rain
