The paved trail at the heart of the developing Ninos Parkway uses a utility corridor to connect Sacramento's Northgate neighborhood with city parks, schools and the American River Bike Trail. Plans are in the works for the full development of the Ninos Parkway into gardens and parks, with construction occurring as funds become available.
Parking for the Ninos Parkway may be available at Rio Tierra Junior High School (3201 Northstead Drive) or Hazel Strauch Elementary School (3141 Northstead Drive) in Sacramento.
