Harrogate Walking/Biking Trail is a paved path that meanders through the city of Harrogate and into the surrounding fields. At its northern endpoint, the trail picks up from the Cumberland Gap Greenway by the pedestrian bridge that crosses over Cumberland Gap Pkwy (US25 E). Somewhat paralleling the parkway, the trail cuts through the campus of Lincoln Memorial University. Heading south, the buildings give way to fields as the trail follows Morris Ln to Harrogate City Park (150 TN-63). The trail makes several loops through the park before continuing south past City Hall and ending by Livesay Middle School.
Harrogate City Park and its trails are maintained by Lincoln Memorial University. The park is accessible for those with mobility aids, including having ADA compliant swings. There are also restrooms, picnic tables, pavilions, a playground, gazebo, sandbox, splashpad, and courts for basketball and volleyball.
Parking is available at Harrogate City Park (150 TN-63).
