A straightforward asphalt sidepath trail, the St. Bridgets Bike Path runs along the side of its namesake roadway in southern Rochester, in a residential and commercial pocket just off Highway 63. While not much to write home about, the trail offers a nice recreation option for local residents and visitors staying at the nearby hotels, and serves as a connection to both the 40th Street Bike Path and The Gardens Trail, which help provide some quality mileage for bike rides or jogs.
Parking is available along the trail at The Gardens Park, located at 4329 Garden Court SE. Local buses also provide service along St. Bridgets Road.
