This is my favorite, hands down! My 11 yr old Grandson and I rode this today and continued to Glencoe. Fantastic trail and gorgeous scenery the entire ride! Loved it!

Arnold City Park Trail

First planned Ride

October, 2024 by cmac09.d

Tomorrow will be May 1st ride through Arnold Park for a bike ride. I was disappointed that the reviews are so old. Hopefully we can get these updated. I will definitely give my review afterwards for this year of 2024. I’m excited to check it out. ( I only rated the ride so I could post my review) hopefully my next review will be a 5 star.

Grant's Trail

Great Urban Trail

June, 2024 by n2shoebiz

We rode this trail for the first time in June 2024. It is level, well marked and passes along many suburban municipalities in the St. Louis area, the athletic complex in Affton, Grant’s Farm and Historical Site, Thomas Sappington House and The Barn (great place to stop for brunch). It can be crowded, especially around Grant’s Farm.

Meramec Greenway Trail

Not what we expected.

May, 2024 by psalm3321_tl

Started in Glencoe at the miniature railroad depot. Trail started out promising but seemed to get more and more narrow and is poorly marked. We attempted to follow the Al Foster trail. This really isn’t a 10 plus mile trail as it’s broken up. We originally started in Eureka and quickly realized the trail stops after roughly 1.7 miles. Luckily for us that after a few miles of an ever shrinking trail, we decided it wasn’t for us. Got back to our vehicle and put everything away just before a storm came through.

Flooded just below Simpson Park on segment two. March 7th we are expecting rain the next 2 days so plan your route accordingly

Meramec Greenway Trail

poorly marked and executed

October, 2022 by dan.allen.50552

We started south of Fenton. It took us 2 tried. We got to the northern terminus and dangerous stop sign. We rode back 11 miles. Trail all broken up and poorly marked both directions. Trail was paved and it pretty good shape

Grant's Trail

mileage worng

Totally agree with last review. The trail from River De Pes to Kirkwood tail head is only 10 miles.

Mississippi Greenway

beautiful

September, 2022 by catkrack0

This park never disappoints. The scenic overlook is breath taking and the trails thru the woods are shady and peaceful. Everything is well marked, and the posts of random information are interesting. Just lovely and dog friendly. Lots of trails, wooded, river front, and cave. Different lengths as well.

Grant's Trail

Map mileage is wrong.

The map being shown is 9.9 miles.

Rock Hollow Trail

I haven’t been on this trail

August, 2022 by catkrack0

I just wanted to put it out there that it says online that dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed. But, no water or restrooms available.

GM&O Heritage Trail

What a beautiful walking trail right in town! Smooth and paved for miles of easy walking. Half the trail is the neighborhood and the other half is the woods with a creek. Peaceful water sounds the whole walk. Dog waste stations and lots of friendly pups and people out exercising. No real shade, so go on a cooler evening when it’s dry. Not a hiking experience but a beautiful smooth walk for exercise.

Grant's Trail

Loved this trail!

July, 2021 by ivan21

It was my first time riding this trail. I was a bit skeptical at first because I’ve never ridden it. Started from Kirkwood all the way down to Shrewsbury and then back. Definitely scenic. Especially around Grant’s Farm. I would definitely recommend it to any explorer.
