Went east and west of Loop the Little Lake Trail. East is on mostly side streets to a park. West is only paved halfway and noisy from Hwy 10.

About half the trail is crushed stone, but hard and easy to ride. From the northern end to Lasee Road is paved. Very nice along the river.

Great trail!!

September, 2021 by salinaburtnett

Beautiful trail! Easy ride! We ended up doing the whole trail round trip which was just under 30 miles with our kids. Stopped in Maribel on the way back at Gunslinger’s for some much needed fuel(burgers) and more water!

Glacial River Trail

north branch Glacial River Trail

August, 2021 by mem9622

We absolutely loved this trail. We started near the airport in Watertown Wisconsin and took the back roads all the way to the end of the marked trail. There’s a small 2 mile segment that’s a long state route 16 but it’s a dedicated trail on the side of that road. Loud traffic but just a small section so not that bad of a deal. Everything else is beautiful country roads very little traffic absolutely wonderful rolling Hhills and farmland. It took us three hours round-trip very leisurely pace of 9 mph Be sure to eat at the Main Street diner in Watertown

Newton Blackmour State Trail

Great trip!

August, 2021 by pechen11

Our family of 7 completed this trail this summer and had a blast. My wife and I have 5 kids ages 4-13 and it took us a few visits to knock out individual sections. We started on the east side of the trail and moved west and the section going into New London was closed unfortunately so we stopped our trip a little bit short. Great overall experience.

Mountain-Bay State Trail

Eland - Bowler Segment

August, 2021 by 8xrnngvkvp

Wife and I took a ride on Sunday with our electric bikes from Eland to Bowler and back. Covered approximately 24 miles. It had rained heavily the day before in the area, but the trail had held up pretty nicely. The majority of this segment is crushed rock and well compacted. There were parts of it that have been overgrown with grass and weeds, but not to bad. My wife’s bike is a cruiser style bike with 2” tires, she had no trouble navigating on the trail. Plenty of scenery changes, with parts of the trail passing by farms, dips into some heavy canopy forest and a covered bridge/stream area right outside the Western edge of Bowler. A very relaxing bike ride, there are a number of stops to cross various county roads, So be aware of any traffic that may be in the way.

Portage County Segment fantastic!

August, 2021 by mkkuolt

We were enjoying the wonderful trail in Portage County (Plover to past Amherst) Everything was well maintained, and all the trees that had come down in the storms last week were cut, moved, and we had full trail access. We knew the moment we hit Waupaca County. 3 foot tall weeds sprouted in the middle of the trail, and things were not as pristine. After having to dismount bikes several times to navigate around trees, we made the decision to turn around. Very disappointing!

Home Trail

July, 2021 by kjacquart1

My wife and I consider this our "home" trail. We do it several times per year. One of the attractions is the large pond on both sides of the trail north of Maribel. It's appearance is different each visit. There is also parking in Rockwood at the trail end but no facilities until you get to Francis Creek.

Sheboygan Interurban Trail

Ozaukee County to Oostburg

July, 2021 by drprovanch

This trail is very scenic as we biked north from the Ozaukee trail. We immediately could tell the difference as this trail had a more wooded or nature feel. We stopped and turned back at the trail’s end just short of Oostburg rather than following the quiet roads the short distance into the village. We wish the trail continued further into Sheboygan County without the reliance on county highways. It’s a great start!

Ozaukee Interurban Trail

Port Washington north

July, 2021 by drprovanch

We did the northern leg the second day, parking at the DOT park & ride lot at the I43 northern exit. The scenery is mostly farmland with flat terrain. There are areas with potholes which may be marked with painted circles. It is a great exercise trail as the lack of curves and people walking the trail allowed us to bike faster than normal. We continued further on the Sheboygan County trail at the north end before returning to Port Washington.
