Very nice ride. The trail is about 13 miles long. Nicely paved and not crowded. We started from the pine mountain visitor's center, which had nice bathrooms. There is plenty of parking on a weekday and good restaurants at the end of the ride.
This trail wraps around the golf course. It’s clean and quiet. Has a few gradual elevations but nothing hard. I didn’t notice at first.
Great trail!! Nice scenery and several bathroom along the trail. Nice trail for family outings.
We started at the Martin Trailhead just west of Cedartown and rode to the state line. It was a good, wide path that I was comfortable really getting up to speed on the straightaways because visibility was very high in most areas and the trail was mostly clear of major debris despite being almost entirely shaded. My son who was riding as a passenger did throw a small limb off the trail when we made a stop on the return trip, but I don't recall it being there when we came through the first time, so it had likely fallen or been placed on the trail within the last 2 hours.
Actually a nice trail in a has been mill town.
The trails do have a couple of switch backs at the south end, but these are easily identifiable. As others mentioned, the four lane crossing is the most confusing area near the old Langdale Mill. Just look well across Highway 29 to see where the trail picks up again.
There are actually 6 parking areas along the trail.

The trail is nicely paved and lightly used. Unfortunately, the historical signs have fallen into disrepair. The trail could use paint on the ground if nothing else to give directions where confusion may exist.
Note - watch out for the missing barrier plates on the ground at road crossings that may puncture your tire if you are not careful.
Nice local ride overall.
I really like this trail for a hot summer ride, it’s a good workout with all the ups and downs but very shaded. So good for a hot and sunny summer day when you still wanna go for a bike ride!
I’ve lived less than 15 mins away from this trail for quite a while and today was my first time. It was exactly what I needed and it opened up into a park that was small and quaint . It’s very woody for the most part but it does open up on several parts of the trial. It’s great for walking and or running.
My partner and dog had the perfect afternoon walk on this trail!
Easy to walk and lots of nice views to see!
Spent the day exploring the well maintained and apparently freshly paved trail! Awesome experience riding and exploring the small towns there. Stop in the Harris County Chamber of Commerce for a mid-trip snack. Great folks there. Get some ice cream at the Hamilton Ice Cream Company. Was a really good day.
Wonderful trail. Steady incline to Pine Mountain. Plenty of restroom spots. Gorgeous scenery. Highly recommend this well paved trail for all bikes and all levels. About 33 miles round trip. Shorten as needed. Seems like an extra 4.5 miles will be added in a few years. Not very shaded in some parts, but we road this in spring, so maybe the trees will cover more area. A few road crossings that are very well marked, and one larger intersection. Free parking in Pine Mountain.
