Pennypack Trail

Lorimar Park to Delaware River

November, 2022 by rwblackwell

I rode this route for the first time today. It’s a very well maintained paved trail. I really enjoyed the ride. The creek is very nice, and you can hardly tell you’re in the city. There are many more hills on this section of trail than the more northerly sections.Looking forward to the next time.

Sussex Branch Trail

Flooding at the southern end.

November, 2022 by steve.schwinn

To add to the previous review, on 11/3 the trail was completely flooded at Jefferson Lake, just north of the Waterloo Road parking area.

Union Transportation Trail

Trail is great. Took my road bike w/700x25c tires on the well laid out path. Gravel is hard packed up to the 4 mile marker. Mile 4 thru 6 was loose gravel but manageable. It was a nice ride.

Perkiomen Trail

North end is horribly signed.

We started the trail at Green Lane. Can’t believe how poorly this trail is marked. Maps don’t help much either in this area.

Bronx River Greenway

Nice trail

Nice trail for running, and it wasn’t too crowded. There were a few scenic areas but I was expecting more. Also if hilly around the start. And decent parking.

Paulinskill Valley Trail

Watch out for horse poop

October, 2022 by choops104

People use the trail for horse back riding, not sure why the horse can't have a poop bag on them, or why riders do not have to clean it up. This trail should be for everyone. Great place to get shoes covered in horse poop and good luck on a bike you will be covered in it.

Little Lehigh Parkway Path

Large and Wonderfully Maintained Park

September, 2022 by elfinko

One of my favorite photography hot spots in the Lehigh Valley. Great scenic views down the Little Lehigh Creek, which runs the entire length of the park. A multitude of trail access points, bridge types and it's super easy to walk for just about anyone, with the occasional steep but flat gravel inclines.

Power Line Trail (PA)

Hilly

Nice trail for runners but only if you’re ok with hills

Ramsey Bike Path

Too Many Roads to Cross

September, 2022 by mkfritchie

There are too many street crossings to safely take a bike on this trail.

Great trail. Weak tie in to D & L trail

September, 2022 by aldcon_tl

Great trail. Paved. In great condition and a great ride to get a feel for the history of how this area was a key part in the birth of the steel and cement industries. Much shade on ride.
Only drawback is no signage and and no arrows painted on pavement to find your way to switch over to D & L trail on the other side of the river. To plan for this the workaround is Rails to Trails maps and Google maps combined.
