Devil's River State Trail

Exceptional Condition

July, 2024 by rhendren623

Editing my review to indicate “destination”. Denmark has an exceptional place to eat and have a beer… Schuster’s Arcade. It’s been open 115 years… highly recommend! Now we will bike the trail back to our car.

Devil's River State Trail

Exceptional Condition

July, 2024 by rhendren623

My wife and I just biked the trail. While we have been on more scenic rail trails, this one is very good. We have not biked on a crushed limestone trail in better condition. A very nice ride.

Devil's River State Trail

Great Trail!

July, 2024 by mike.tasche5846

Just road this trail for the first time. Short drive from Sheboygan and well worth it. Well marked so easy to follow and most of the trail is wide enough for side by side riding. Several bridges, two really high ones and very scenery. Crushed rock is very hard but we did air down the tires for excellent traction. Our speed was mostly around 15mph but we did reach 20 a few times. Nicely designed and well maintained!

Fox River State Trail

incredible bike ride

July, 2024 by mlpakieser

I bicycled this path today the fox river Trail It was absolutely beautiful. Going from urban sounds just suburban areas and then finally into farming. I rode out to mile 12 and then turned around and came back. It was incredible. Nature sounds were everywhere.

East River Trail

Amazing trail although not enough signage

July, 2024 by mmaryandarturo

I started at the Bairds Creek trailhead and through trial and error found out how it connected to the East River Trail. Not marked at all with signs to link the trails together. I think where it crosses busy Mason St is where the two trails come together. The ERT was very nice, great condition other than the fact that part of a trail was impassable due to east river overflowing its banks. But was able to get through going over the street and down to trail. Easy fix. The last portion before Ledgeview Park was completely overrun by gushing water. No sign warning you of what’s ahead.

Wiouwash State Trail

nice trail

Newton Blackmour State Trail

Brush Needs Cutting

June, 2024 by marcusandshelleymack

We began our trip in Seymour with the intent to bike to New London. Between Seymour and Black Creek there is a very large part of a tree down across the path and we had to find a way to get our bikes around it through the brush. After traveling further (about two miles to the east of New London) the path was covered with very high brush, so much that we had to turn around and go back. The path itself was quiet.

Tomorrow River State Trail

East end parking

May, 2024 by banker.kyle

There's no parking at the Manawa end. If you're wanting to start from the east end, there is a small dirt parking area in Ogdensburg just off the trail. The 5 miles of trail from Ogdensburg to Manawa are pocketed with horse hoof imprints so you don't miss much by starting there. The location is off highway K/E and Moore St in Ogdensburg. Map coordinates are 44.454120, -89.029714

Great trail, otherwise. Scenic and peaceful. It will be much better once its complete.
