We started in Goshen and rode for 7 miles. Saw beautiful farmland, cows, flowers, then stopped at Mooey’s run by the Amish for ice cream. Then turned back. Beautiful ride!
Root pops became more common as the years past by. So very recently they tried to fix them but made it worst, much worst. After 20 Years I am leaving this trail. Too many bumps for me. Sad!
I live right next to this trail and it's always a lot of fun but be mindful of the dozens of people. It connects to many places like the Crossroads mall, which makes it easy to hang out with friends.
Watch for deer this time of year. Saw 5 yesterday.
Now you can ride on asphalt all the way from Gene Stratton Porter to Kendallville.
We attempted to ride this trail in two different towns. The trail has not been kept up. Some areas had Thick Loose gravel and other areas it was a grassy field with no path. We couldn’t ride it. No stars can be given!
great place to walk w/shaded walkways. just wish there were more parking areas to pick the trail up from different locations of trail.
It's a nice, quiet, and hidden in between housing associations and business parks. Very relaxing beautiful trail. Lots of resting areas but no restrooms or portable restrooms except for one at Ludwig and SmithFieldairport.
Very good trail and lake, great workout and beautiful scenery.
