Great Trail

May, 2020 by swamp3815

Trail is well maintained. Nice parking areas with good small facilities at Imeson Trailhead. Baldwin has excellent facilities. Between mile markers 8 and 9 another timely facility. Halsema Rd parking has a few picnic tables and portable restroom. I was there on Memorial Day Sunday. It was crowded. Most riders practice road etiquette, but a few don’t...be careful. I will definitely do this trail again

Black Creek Trail

Better options

April, 2020 by mirlkman_tl

Like most other reviews of this trail, I agree its just too noisy being right next to traffic and too many crosswalks. It starts out nice and wooded but doesn't last near long enough before the first crosswalk intersects. Just too much going on with this trail.

Black Creek Trail

many options

April, 2020 by barber_art

The main trail is cool, but I especially like the many different wooded trail options at the beginning. They’re a lot more fun and rustic, plus they’re all shaded. Beautiful views, they give estimates on how long most of the trails are which are accurate. I noticed there are benches spaced throughout, and arrows marking the many different trail paths.

Jekyll Island Trail

great place to ride bike

March, 2020 by rladmstnr1204

I was looking for bike trails. This is the one so far. Lovely area, good shapes to ride bike, peaceful place. Plus there is a lot of thing to do.

Jekyll Island Trail

Awesome rides

March, 2020 by danleach22

The combination of wide paved bike paths, looping wooded trails, and mixed use trails is about as good as casual bike paths can be. You're on a beautiful island filled with historic buildings and homes. The trails take you to all of the various island sites; shoreline, woods, swamps. It's not a ride designed for a workout. It's very flat and has lots of curves, pedestrians and road crossings to slow and watch for. You'll see islanders on work out rides pass by on nearby roadways. Those don't have bike lanes, but speed limits on the island are slow, so folks feel safe enough. Great way to visit Jekyll Island.

A Little Bit of Everything

February, 2020 by weluvnascar

My husband and I rode this trail today and loved it! The scenery is a little bit of everything and all beautiful. We started at the Satilla River parking area and rode south. The trail takes you along the river, through a quiet residential area, then through the woods. Lots of trees and bird feeders through the residential area. The trail is in great shape, and it’s an easy ride. We will do it again!

Amelia Island Trail

Amelia Island

Beautiful trail, loved this! Many crossings but drivers were very considerate of bikers. Rode from Big Talbot Island to Fort Clinch and back. Stopped at Sliders Grill on the beach for lunch. Perfect day.

A complete waste of time

January, 2020 by bob_culliton

Little to no scenery and close to a busy state road. I had to apologize to my family for wasting their time.
